Fight for Your Golden Hour
Work-life balance is such a hard problem to solve because what you should be doing (and what you should NOT be doing anymore!) is a function of your career stage— and therefore it’s always changing. And not just that— it also depends on your personality & preferences, so it's different for everyone. You can't copy your colleagues or your mentors. Unfortunately it's not that easy. When should you work, and from where? When should you rest, and how many vacations should you take? In this session, we figure that out for Fede, based on what she wants to do, and what she has to do, in her new position.
