After your PhD, you need a job. Your degree doesn’t pay the bills—until you use it. And that Columbia postdoc doesn’t even pretend to cover New York rent. But when you finally get a faculty position, your partner doesn’t want to move to Timbuktu with you? (Weird.) But suppose you win the lottery & it’s in London— then you need a grant.
Suppose you win the lottery again & get it (and your partner doesn’t leave you because they don’t mind eating dinner alone…for a decade). Then you need good PhD students to do the actual experiments while you brush up on Dirac quantum theory…live in front of a hundred undergrads. Where’s the “just take a break” part, again?

I help scientists figure out what they want & how to get it. I’ve got a PhD in physics & I spent 13 years in the lab. I know what it takes to get your PhD, to move yet again for your prestigious international postdocs, to spend years interviewing for a job you love in a city you love…because that’s what I did.
After I declined multiple offers in academia & industry to get my dream job (& my dream life) as an executive coach, I combined years of scientific expertise with professional coach training to create complete, step-by-step programs to help you get everything I’ve got— but an order of magnitude faster, now that we know what works.

I don’t even like people— I’m a physicist for good reason! I don’t “ask guiding questions” or “hold up a mirror” (whatever that means). I’m no theorist, I’ve done all this myself— so I don’t just have good questions, I’ve got good answers.
