In the second phase, we’ll talk about 1) where you want to go, since you can’t stay here, and 2) where it’s possible to go, considering your leadership skills, personal preferences & labor market conditions. We’ll discuss all possible jobs you’re qualified for across all 9 economic sectors & use that to make Plan A, B & C.

In the third & final phase, we’ll talk about how to get the job. We’ll figure out what you can do that no one else can do & write your applications accordingly. We’ll discuss networking, interviewing & negotiation, and use the results from each stage to improve the next application— until you get a great offer.
